摘要
以聚乙二醇醚二醇(PEG)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料合成了聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体;考察了催化剂的作用,确定了反应条件:预聚反应温度为80±5℃,反应时间为1.5~2 h;聚醚多元醇的含水量控制在0.03%(质量分数)以下;在130℃下熟化时间为4 h。并对产品进行了IR、DSC分析。
The polyurethane elastomers based on polyether-polygol(PEG),4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) and 1,4-dihydroxybutane(BDO) were synthesized.The types of catalyst were explored;the temperature of prepolymer was(80±5)℃ and the time of prepolymer was 1.5~2 h;moisture percent in polymerization was controlled under 0.03%;the time of post cure was 4 h with the temperature 130 ℃;the products were characterized by FTIR and DSC.
