制度因素对江、浙两省经济增长影响的比较研究

Comparative Study on the Impact of Institutional Factor on Economic Growth of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces

本文以制度因素对区域经济增长的影响为主题,通过对浙江省和江苏省1995～2007年间的实证研究,进行两省的比较分析。首先应用GRANGER因果检验讨论变量间合理的关系,并依次应用C-D生产函数建立计量经济模型定量测算江、浙两省制度因素对经济增长的贡献度。最后,本文得出结论,认为制度因素,尤其是非国有经济的发展对江、浙两省的经济增长有明显的拉动作用,制度借助于物质资本的投入对经济增长产生贡献。

The paper analyses the impact of institutional factor on regional economic growth empirically studying the data from 1995 to 2007 of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, and make comparative study between the two provinces. Firstly, we discuss the reasonable casual relationship among variables using time-series analysis method and GRANGER test; Secondly we apply the C-D production function and set up the econometric model to calibrate the contribution of the institutional factor to economic growth of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. Thirdly, we come to conclusion that institutional factor, especially non- SOEs development, has pushed the economic growth significantly, and institutional factor has produced contribution to economic growth by physical capital input.
