By optimizing the process of hot metal pre - desulfurization, introducing the new slag forming model in BOF, applying new high efficient sulfur fixation agent in the process of tapping , and using a smart argon blowing model in the LF, sulfur content of the molten steel is effectively controlled, high efficient continuous desulfurization in the whole smelting process is realized, and perfect high efficient deep desulfurization technique is thus formed.
