摘要 采用先进的低碳+TMCP工艺,利用LF+VD精炼进行纯净钢冶炼,采用动态软压下技术降低板坯中心偏析,减少裂纹和分层;采用较低的加热温度,使板坯在具有细化的奥氏体晶粒的温度下进行热变形,提高钢板的低温韧性和强度水平,产品实物质量达到了较高的水平,实现了批量生产。 The study adopts advanced low carbon + TMCP technique. Clean steel is refined with LF + VD treatment. Center segregation, cracks and lamination in slab are reduced by dynamic soft reduction technique. Comparatively lower reheating temperature is applied on slab. Hot deformation is performed on slab at the temperature when the slab has fine austenite grain. Thus the low temperature toughness and strength level of steel are improved. Higher actual product quality and mass production are achieved.
