摘要
目的:通过采用不同窝洞表面处理方法对复合树脂边缘微漏影响的实验研究,为临床应用提供可靠的理论依据.方法:在制备V类窝洞表面分别采用酸蚀、压缩空气或二者均用的方法处理,每种处理分别用不同的粘接剂系统,然后进行复合树脂充填,经过500次温度循环实验,将该离体牙体制成牙体磨片(<70μm),光镜观察,比较激漏情况。结果:酸蚀处理的微漏较其它方法少;表面进行预处理的窝洞边缘微漏较小;壁边缘微漏率最低,其次为轴壁,最差为预壁。微漏隙大小在0.1-0.9μm之间;牙釉质的边缘微漏较牙本质小。结论:不同的牙面处理,所形成的微漏不一样,复合树脂与酸蚀牙釉质密合度要优于酸蚀牙本质;窝洞经压缩空气干燥后经酸饮处理,且牙面进行预处理是提高密合度最佳方法。
