肺复张法在严重非心源性肺水肿患者中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察肺复张术(RM)对严重非心源性肺水肿的疗效。方法对15例非心源性肺水肿伴严重低氧血症患者行RM,并维持合适水平的呼吸末正压通气(PEEP)。结果 RM前后各时间点患者心率、血压、中心静脉压无明显变化(均>0.05),氧饱和度、氧合指数显著改善(均<0.01);随PEEP水平提高,气道峰压、平均气道压及肺静态顺应性呈上升趋势(均<0.01),心率、血压无明显变化(均>0.05)。结论 RM能改善严重非心源性肺水肿患者氧合状态,对血流动力学影响小,且安全有效。
