前牙龈下折裂行正畸牵引配合桩冠修复的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析前牙龈下折裂后行正畸牵引配合桩冠修复的临床效果。方法对35颗龈下折裂的前牙采用正畸牵引,使牙根损坏处平齐或高于龈缘,修整牙龈形态后桩冠修复,随访半年。结果正畸牵引结束后3颗患牙松动,余32颗患牙平均被牵出2.72mm,达到桩冠修复条件,其中8颗患牙龈缘位置略高,行牙龈成形术;桩冠修复后半年,2颗患牙松动,1颗桩冠脱落,余29颗无松动,无明显牙根吸收,牙周情况良好。治疗成功率为82.86%。结论正畸牵引术是暴露龈下牙根断端的有效方法,其有利牙周健康及后期的修复治疗。
