The 'Four Big Bandits' photo is a symbolic historic relic of the revolutionary period when Dr.Sun Yat-sen began his revolutionary publicity.There have been a variety of theories about the date of the photo.Research into the time when Chen Shaobai first met with Sun Yat-sen and his attendance at the Medical College revealed that the photo was taken in October 1888.At the time the photo was taken,they may not have gotten the title 'Four Big Bandits',so the picture's historical status is still questionable.
