摘要
地方高校绩效工资设计应以高校工资制度演变为背景,以人事分配制度改革经验和现有岗位工资状况为基础,在对基本工资、津贴补助、奖金等进行归并整合后,主要设置基础性绩效和奖励性绩效项目,二者较合理的比例应该是:前者占55%~75%,后者占25%~45%。
The merit pay should be set up in local colleges and universities with the evolution of the compensation system in the institutions as the context and the experience of the compensation system reform and the existing condition of post salaries as the basis,and by consolidating the basic pay,stipends,allowances,benefits,and bonuses.The merit pay should mainly include two parts,the basic merit pay and reward merit pay,with the former accounting for 50%~70% and the latter 30%~50%.
