175例60~79岁老人核黄素营养状况及抗氧化指标的研究 被引量:5

摘要 了解老年人群的核黄素营养状况,观察核黄素营养状况与抗氧化指标的关系。方法:对上海市区175例60~79岁老人进行24小时膳食回顾法调查,同时采血测定全血谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数(BGRAC)、血红蛋白及与抗氧化有关的指标。结果:平均每人每日核黄素摄入量不足RDA60%;核黄素缺乏率为28%,贫血率为23%。核黄素缺乏组的全血GSH含量降低,全血MDA浓度升高。BGRAC值与全血GSH含量及RBCSOD活力呈负相关,与全血MDA含量呈正相关。由于核黄素不足未达缺乏程度,BGRAC值与核黄素摄入量及Hb之间未见相关性,但逐步回归分析提示BGRAC值与碳水化物摄入量之间有回归关系。结论:人群调查表明,核黄素缺乏会引起脂质过氧化程度升高。 Abstract Objective: The study is conducted to assess the riboflavin status in the elderly people and investigate the relationship between the riboflavin status,nutrients intake and the antioxidatve indices. Methods: Twentyfour hours dietary recall method was used to make a survey among 175 old men aged 60~79 yr. Blood glutathione reductase coefficent (BGRAC) and blood antioxidationrelated indices were determined. Results: Riboflavin intake was less than 60% of the RDA. The incidence of riboflavin deficiency and anemia was 28% and 23% respectively. The average concentration of blood glutathione was lower in riboflavin deficiency than those in normal people, but malondialdehyde higher. BGRAC was negatively correlated to blood GSH and RBC SOD, but positively to blood malondialdehyde. No correlation between BGRAC and riboflavin intake and Hb was found. Stepwise regression analysis indicates that there was a regression between BGRAC and carbohydrate intake. Conclusion: The study indicates that riboflavin deficiency causes accumulation of lipid peroxidation. Key words: riboflavin deficiency (RD) blood glutathione reductase coefficient activity (BGRAC)blood glutathione (GSH) blood malondialdehyde (MDA) erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (RBC SOD)
