硒和维生素E对糖尿病大鼠氧化和非酶糖化的影响 被引量:11

EFFECT OF SELENIUM AND VITAMIN E ON OXIDATIONAND NONENZYMATIC GLYCATION IN DIABETIC RATS

摘要 探讨硒(Se)和/或维生素E(VE)对氧化和非酶糖化作用的影响。方法:观察链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病大鼠喂饲Se和/或VE后,糖化低密度脂蛋白(G-LDL)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的改变。结果:喂饲Se和/或VE的病鼠与未喂饲Se和/或VE的病鼠比较,G-LDL和GHb水平显著下降(P<0.01),SOD和GSH-Px的活性有不同程度升高,MDA含量下降(P<0.01)。结论:Se和/或VE对LDL和Hb的非酶糖化有明显的抑制作用,同时,糖尿病大鼠体内的抗氧化能力也显著增强,从而有利于延缓糖尿病慢性血管病变的发生和发展。 Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of Se and VE on oxidation and nonenzymatic glycation in STZ diabetic rats. Methods: The changes of GLDL、GHb、MDA and SOD、GSHPx in STZ diabetic rats fed with selenium and vitamin E were measured. Results: It was found that the GLDL、GHb、MDA levels decreased (P<001) and the SOD、GSHPx activities increased in the treated diabetic rats as compared with those in the untreated diabetic rats. Conclusion: These results suggest that selenium and vitamin E are effective in inhibiting the nonenzymatic glycation of LDL、Hb and enhancing the antioxidation capacity in diabetic rats, thereby exert favourable effect against the occurrence and development of chronic vascular complications in diabetic mellitus. Key words: selenium vitamin E diabetic mellitus nonenzymatic glycation oxidation
