网络环境下教师自主支持与学生内在动机激发的研究 被引量:4

摘要 在自我决定动机理论框架下,构建了网络学习情境下假设动机模式,探讨网络学习模式下教师自主支持行为是否有利于通过改善学生对课堂的心理知觉水平,激发学生内在动机。通过对328名学生为期一年的教学实践分析,结果表明:在教师高自主支持的网络学习模式中,学生的自主感、胜任感和归属感得到更好的满足;自主感、胜任感和归属感对内在动机有显著影响;教师可通过改善学生胜任感、自主感和归属感等中介变量间接对学生内在动机产生积极影响;在激发内在动机方面,网络学习模式比传统教学更具优势。
