摘要
介绍了固体发酵的概念及在传统领域、资源环境领域和原生态固体发酵技术的现状,讨论了固体发酵工艺条件的控制因素,在此基础上提出了固体发酵技术的发展建议。
The concept of solid fermentation and its application in traditional fields and resources and environment fields were introduced. Original ecological solid fermentation and the fermentation process control were discussed. Finally, the development suggestions of solid fermentation technology were put forward.
