用泡沫扫描分析仪考察泡沫剂的性能 被引量:5

摘要 采用泡沫扫描分析仪评价了4种泡沫剂的起泡能力和泡沫稳定性,并以优选出的泡沫剂为例,考察了温度、凝析油、金属离子的价态和地层水对泡沫剂起泡能力和泡沫稳定性的影响,同时利用泡沫扫描分析仪携带的软件对实验数据进行分析对比。分析结果表明,温度升高,泡沫稳定性变差;高价态的金属离子对泡沫剂的起泡能力和泡沫稳定件影响较大;油田的不同区块适用的泡沫剂不同,适用于某一区块的泡沫剂不一定适用于其他区块。用泡沫扫描分析仪评价泡沫剂性能的方法具有测试原理简单易懂、耗时短、相关参数对比清晰明了的优点,是一种研究泡沫剂性质及影响因素的新方法,具有推广价值。 The method for evaluating main properties of the several selected foam agents, which could be used in oil petroleum and natural gas production, by means of the Foamscan analyzer was established. The effects of temperature, white oil content, metallic ion valence and formation water on the foaming ability of the foam agents and the foam stability were investigated. The results showed that the foam stability lowered with rise of temperature. The metallic ion with higher valence influenced the foaming ability and the foam stability more obviously. In an oilfield, different foam agents should be applied in the different areas. The method could be easy to be applied through using Foamscan analyzer.
