论建设工程质量事故和安全事故的成因与预防对策

Construction Quality and Safety of the Cause of the Accident and Preventive Countermeasures

近年来,我国多次出现地铁坍塌和楼房倒塌等质量事故以及模板坍塌、塔吊和满堂脚手架倒塌等安全事故,针对这种现状,笔者从海因里希事故致因理论、预防原理出发,多个方面分析了质量事故和安全事故产生原因,提出了技术措施、人机控制、制度落实等方面的应对措施。

In recent years,there are many construction quality and safety accidents in china,such as inferior projects,subway collapsed,building collapsed,crane tower collapsed,template collapsed,full scaffold collapsed,etc.How to prevent or reduce quality accident and safety accidents has become a topic of concern to engineers and technicians.In view of this situation,the authors base on Heinrich accident-causing theory and principles of prevention,that has analysed the causes of quality and safety accidents in several aspects,and has put forward the countermeasures about technical measures,manual control and implementation of system,etc.It may be helpful on future engineering construction of building construction.
