电信3G计费系统中数学模型的建立

Mathematical Model in 3G Billing System of Telecommunications

伴随3G时代的到来,电信传统的计费系统已逐渐不能适应形势的变化。提出了对传统计费系统进行改良,对电信计费系统重新进行数据建模和核心域的逻辑设计。经测试,改进后的计费系统CPU占用率低,在Select、Insert、Update、Delete四项数据库基本操作上,数据库速度平均为原传统数据库的10倍以上。数据库的其它各项综合性能指标均较为优越。

With the coming of 3G era, the traditional telecom billing system doesn＇t adapt to the situa- tion. The paper proposed improvement on the traditional billing system and suggested a new logical design on the data modeling and core domain. After testing, CPU occupancy rate was low in the improved billing system. On the basic operation of Select, Insert, Update and Delete database, the average speed was 10 times faster than the original one, and the other comprehensive performance indicators were superior.
