摘要
探讨了由普通细纱机自行改造的赛络纺纱机减少牛仔纱毛羽的工艺条件.正交试验选取前区隔距、纱线捻度、后区牵伸、钢丝圈型号、锭速和喇叭双口隔距等6个工艺参数为考察因素,通过极差分析、回归分析、双因子交互作用效应分析,最终选定最优纺纱工艺为:喇叭双口隔距8 mm,锭速12 000 r/min,钢丝圈6903 9#,前区隔距45 mm,后区牵伸倍数1.10,捻度30捻/10cm;按照此最优工艺生产的纱线毛羽最少,平均每米纱线1 mm以上毛羽数为69.16根,3 mm以上毛羽数为0.52根.
This paper discusses the technologic conditions for the Siro spinner transformed from the ordinary spinning frame to reduce the hairiness of denim yarn. The orthogonal experiment takes the six technological parameters of front zone setting, yarn twist, back zone draft, type and size of ring traveler, the spindle speed and the feed-pipe socket-centre distance as the process parameters for observation. After range analysis, regression analysis, and the two-factor interaction effect analysis, the optimal spinning parameters are obtained: the feed-pipe-socket-centre distance being 8 ram, the spindle speed being 12 000 r/min, the size of the ring traveler being 6903 9#, the front zone setting being 45 mm, the back zone draft ratio being 1.10, and the yarn twist rate being 30 twists/ 10cm. Under the optimized processing parameters, the'yarn hairiness is minimized: the number of hairs above 1 mm is 69.16 and that of those above 3 mm is 0.52.
