摘要
为探寻操作安全、简便、精确的水体底泥有机质检测方法,运用统计学法比较了油浴加热法、消化炉加热法和完全湿烧法检测水体底泥有机质质量比的精度。结果表明,消化炉加热可达到油浴加热的效果,方法较可靠(F<F_(0.05)),完全湿烧法与油浴加热法差异显著(F>F_(0.01))。消化炉加热法操作安全、简便,检测结果可靠,稳定性较高,且两种水体均适用。
In order to find a simple, secure and accurate determination method of water body sediment organic matter via potassium dichromate oxidation, statistical methodology was used to compare the accuracy of three existing approaches which including oil bath heating method, digestion furnace method and completely wet combustion method. The study showed that: from the statistical result of landscape water body, the digestion furnace method was reliable to achieve the same performance of oil bath heating method (F 〈 F0.05). On the other hand, the completely wet combustion method and oil bath heating method were significandy different ( F 〈 F0.01 ). As for statistical result of aquaculture water body, the digestion fur- nace method has also achieved the same performance of oil bath heating method with reliability (F 〈 F0.05 ) even though the completely wet combustion method and oil bath heating method were significantly different as well ( F 〈 F0.01 ). The digestion furnace heating method has provided a new approach of heating method for potassium dichro- mate oxidation. The nature of water body should be taken into account during the determination of organic matter in sediments. By choosing appropriate methods, accurate results can thus be expected. The per- formance of digestion furnace heating method for the oxidation effi- ciency is in accord with the oil bath heating, but from the aspect of safety, ease of operation and testing efficiency, it was superior to the oil bath heating method. Briefly, the digestion furnace heating method is suitable for both water bodies and worthy for further development.
