摘要
为提高公路路线设计指标的安全性和一致性,改变固有运行车速预测模型的建模思路,解决运行车速预测中公路线形指标的客观描述问题,通过分析运行车速与公路平、纵、横线形指标的相关性,提出公路线形空间综合指数的概念。应用模糊综合评判法,确定公路线形几何特性的模糊集,模型主要考虑的车速影响因素有平曲线半径、累计转角、曲线上位置比例、纵坡以及横坡等;运用层次分析法,确定各因素的权重,采用梯形和半梯形隶属函数,提出了服务于运行车速预测的公路线形指标空间客观描述模型;最后,应用实例进行了公路线形空间综合指标的计算说明。
In order to improve the safety and consistency of road alignment design index effectively, the traditional method of estab- lishing operating speed prediction model was changed, and so the ob- jective description problem of road alignment index in operating speed prediction was solved. Based on the analysis of the relationship be- tween the operating speed and the road horizontal, vertical, crossing index, the road alignment space comprehensive index was put for- ward. The fuzzy aggregate of road alignment geometry characteristic was established by using the fuzzy comprehensive judgment method. The factors affecting the operating speed significantly such as the ra- dius of horizontal curve, the deflection angle, and the position pro- portion of the curve, grade and slope were considered in the model. Using the analytic hierarchy process, weighing of each factor was de- termined. The road alignment index space objective description model served for operating speed prediction was put forward by using the trapezoidal and half-trapezoidal membership function. At last, the ac- tual example was showed to explain the calculation of the road align- ment space comprehensive index. The road alignment index space objective description model settles the academic basis for the operating speed prediction.
