摘要
构建经前期综合征(PMS)肝气逆证猕猴与正常猕猴大脑边缘系统正向与反向差减文库,并对猕猴cDNA文库进行了系统测序和分析,以期筛选出与PMS肝气逆证相关的基因,尤其是与PMS肝气逆证有关的一些神经递质、性激素受体的基因。差减文库构建成功,为弄清PMS肝气逆证差异表达基因奠定了基础。
We constructed limbic system subtractive cDNA library of normal macaque and premenstrual syndrome (PMS) macaque with liver-Qi invasion syndrome. The gene sequences in macaque cDNA library were detected and analyzed systematically. Some genes especially neurotransmitter and hormone receptors genes were selected which related to PMS with liver-Qi invasion syndrome. Subtractive cDNA library construction successfully provided solid foundation to clarify differential expression genes of PMS with liver-Qi invasion syndrome.
