移动式喷射混凝土车操作平台的制作及在秦岭特长隧道施工中的应用

Manufacture of Mobile Shotcreting Platform and Its Application in Construction of Qinling Extra-long Tunnel

目前在地下工程喷锚支护作业中,绝大多数采用人工将喷射混凝土输送到喷锚机中,施工中工人劳动强度高、时间长、效率低、成本高等因素,往往制约着施工工序的密切衔接。通过介绍移动式喷射混凝土车操作平台的制作过程及其在秦岭隧道喷锚支护施工中的应用实例,说明移动式喷射混凝土车操作平台制造简单、设计合理及现场使用方便、移动快捷的特点,能极大地减轻工人劳动强度、节省人工、缩短喷锚时间、提高施工效率。移动式喷射混凝土车操作平台可供其它工程借鉴与探讨。

At present,the shotcrete mixtures at most sites are fed to the shotcreting machines by hand.This shotcreting method has such disadvantages as high labor intensity,long construction duration,low construction efficiency and high construction cost,and constrains the tight connection of the construction processes.The manufacture of a mobile shotcreting platform and its application in the construction of Qinling extra-long tunnel are presented in this paper.The mentioned mobile shotcreting platform has such advantages as simplicity in manufacturing,rationality in design and convenience in application,which results in rapid moving,reduced labor intensity,shortened shotcreting time and improved construction efficiency.The paper can provide reference for similar works in the future.
