摘要 标准化测试和国家教育评估是教育体制改革的重要手段和推动力。本文描述了美国国家教育进展评估（NAEP）的主要运行模式．进而探讨标准化测试在美国的发展历程及其对美国教育的深远影响。标准化测试因其高效性、准确性、可靠性，已被应用于几乎所有的国际教育考试．并将在未来继续发挥其不可替代的优势。
