摘要
鉴于石化企业的快速发展和长远的发展目标,认为石化零售企业员工培训存在缺乏长远战略、对精神层面的内容重视不够、对受训人员结构分析不到位、培训机制不完善和对培训效果缺少必要评估等主要缺陷,提出了克服上述缺陷的主要策略,并指出做好员工培训要注重企业领导人观念的转变,注重培训成效评估和反馈,注意构建企业的核心竞争力。
The main defects existing in staff training of petrochemical retailing enterprises of lack of long term strategy,less attention to the contents of spiritual aspects,incorrect analysis of personnel structure,incomplete training system and lack of necessary evaluation of training effects are pointed out. The main strategy to address above mentioned defects is suggested. In order to improve staff training it is pointed out that the leaders should change ideas,the training effects should be evaluated and fed back,the core competitiveness of enterprise should be constructed.
