摘要
利用营养液培养的方式,研究了NaCl胁迫对茴香植株生长、可溶性糖、脯氨酸以及丙二醛含量的影响.结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,茴香植株的各项生长指标均呈下降趋势;经NaCl胁迫后,可溶性糖含量在120 mmol.L-1NaCl处理下,达到最大,并与对照差异达显著水平,茴香中脯氨酸含量比对照有所增加,而丙二醛含量呈先降低再增加的趋势.
By the method of hydroponic cultures,the plant growth,content of soluble sugar,content of free praline,and content of MDA were studied.The results were showed as following: With increasing of NaCl concentrations,growth indexes of plant in fennel seedling decreased.Content of soluble sugar reached the max.At 120 mmol·L-1,and significant difference could be found as compared to the control.When NaCl concentrations were increased,contents of free praline were higher than the control,while contents of MDA decreased at first and then increased.
