摘要 农村体育教师受到农村地域及体育学科"边缘化"等因素的影响,成长环境极不理想.在新一轮的体育与健康课程改革的背景下,农村体育教师的成长已迫在眉捷.通过对43名优秀农村体育教师进行访谈,结合实地考察结果,提出网络背景下农村体育教师成长的一些有效途径,同时经过分析得出农村体育教师充分利用网络工具,获取网络信息资源,在一定程度上能够优化其生存与发展环境并促进其成长. The growth conditions of the P.E teachers,due to some factors as geographical and "marginalized" physical education,are not ideal in rural areas.In the new round of sports and health curriculum reform the growth of physical education teachers in rural areas have been imminent.The author interviews 43 outstanding physical education teachers in rural areas and visits the rural area,proposes up some of the effective growth ways of physical education teachers in rural areas under the network context.at the same time,through the theoretical analysis,knows that physical education teachers in rural areas Should take full advantage of networking tools,access to network information resources,this is,to a certain extent,able to optimize their environment survival and development and promote their growth.
