长期以来西方竞技体育项目在学校体育教学中占据相当大的比重,但广东技术师范学院依据生源实际和自身的优势而积极开展民族传统体育项目教学,培养了广大学生对民族文化的情感,加深其对民族传统体育的理解,使民族传统体育得以在这块土壤里传承和发扬,并成为一种优势而存在.

For a long time,western athletics sports have been predominant in China’s physical education.Never-theless,basing on its source of students and its own advantages,Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University actively develops traditional and ethnic sports in its physical education,which not only fosters students’ affection for ethnic culture,but also strengthens their understanding on traditional and ethnic sports.As a result,traditional and ethnic sports have been inherited and developed in this university and become one of its competitiveness.
