摘要
目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)在护理专业本科生毕业考核中的可行性及效果。方法 采用OSCE模式对2009届320名护理专业本科生进行毕业考核,考试分3站进行,时间40~50min,由各站主考老师或标准化患者对考生进行评价,各站分数之和即为总分。考试结束后,采用自行设计的问卷调查护生和教师对OSCE模式的评价。结果 320名护理专业本科生毕业考核的总成绩为(77.37±10.98)分,一次通过率为99.0%;分别有88.44%、80.94%和58.43%的学生认为OSCE模式有利于培养学生的整体护理理念、提高沟通能力和专业素质;教师普遍反映新型的考试模式全面改革了对于学生临床能力的评价方式,更能激发学生学习和实习的积极性,充分发挥考试的功能。结论护理专业本科生毕业考核中采用OSCE模式,能体现护生对知识应用的灵活性和处理问题的应变能力,能对护生的临床实践能力进行全面、客观、公正的评价,护理专业教师和学生普遍反映较好。
Objective To study the feasibility and effectiveness of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 320 nursing undergraduates of grade 2009 received graduate assessment in 3 stations for 40-50 min by OSCE mode.The students were evaluated by chief examiners or standardized patients and the total score consisted of the individual score n each station.After the assessment,a self-designed questionnair was adopted to evaluate OSCE mode by the nursing students and teachers.Results The total score of the 320 nursing undergraduates was 77.37±10.98 and one-time pass rate was 99.0%.Respectively 88.44%,80.94% and 58.43% of the students thought OSCE model was conducive to cultivating concept of holistic nursing,improving communication skills and professional qualities.Teachers generally thought that the new test pattern brought an overall reform of evaluation methods of clinical competence,inspired students to learn and practise more enthusiastically and gave full play to the examination function.Conclusion OSCE assessment mode for nursing undergraduates can reflect the the flexibility and adaptability to deal with nursing problems and conduct a comprehensive,objective and fair evaluation on the clinical practice.OSCE assessment mode is well received by nursing teachers and students.
