Based on the characteristics of chuck gaskets parts,through the analysis of the technology and determine the process,the layout design,craft calculation,the die structure design were introduced in detail,especially for the little hole punching of parts,puts forward concrete solutions.The die has been delivered to the clients,products comply with the design requirements,stable quality,use convenient,more than five times to improve production efficiency.
