摘要
通过一款1线插头护套的设计,系统阐述了1模16件的模具设计中,为减少浇注系统产生的工艺废料,把浇注系统的设计由型腔平衡式改为型腔非平衡式布置的形式,再通过平衡浇口值BGV的计算,调节各浇口的尺寸,使得各浇口的流量与成型工艺条件达到一致,实现浇注系统的平衡。
By the design of one-hole connector,expounded that in the 16-cavity mold design,in order to reduce the injection scrap,we can change the balanced cavities into unbalanced.And then,by BGV,adjust the gating dimensions,to make the gating flux and injection technics perfect,and then realize the balanced cavities.
