消防铁军攻坚组作战能力评价指标体系

Evaluation index system about the combat capabilities of invincible fire fighting groups of assault fortified positions

针对目前全国各地大力建设消防铁军攻坚组的现状,采用层次分析法,结合目前我国各地消防铁军攻坚组的现状及未来发展趋势,分析影响攻坚组灭火救援能力的主要因素,建立评价其灭火救援能力的指标体系。以福建省消防总队某三个典型中队的攻坚组为例,对其灭火救援能力进行综合分析,所得结果与日常考核和实战情况相吻合,体现该评价指标体系的有效性。

Against the situation of setting up invincible fire fighting groups of assault fortified positions vigorously around China,and adopting the analytic hierarchy process,combining with the current situation and further tendency of invincible fire fighting groups in different areas,the main influencing factors of fire fighting and rescuing capabilities were analyzed,and evaluation index system was set up.Taking 3 typical detachments in Fujian Province as examples,the fire fighting and rescuing capabilities were comprehensively analyzed,and the result was integrated with the daily examine and actual combat,which embodied the validity of the evaluation index system.
