摘要 针对我国建筑消防设施的现状,从建筑防火消防设施、建筑灭火消防设施和建筑电气消防设施三个方面,分析建筑消防设施的安全性,建立消防设施的评价指标体系和评价等级。基于层次分析法计算各级评价指标的权重,利用所得权重结合模糊综合评价法,建立评价模型,并对某公共场所的建筑消防设施进行评价,验证层次分析法与模糊综合评价用于建筑消防设施定量评价的有效性,并对评价的客观性进行探讨。 Against the situation of China's building fire protection facilities,the safety of building fire protection facilities including fire protection equipments,fire fighting equipments and electrical fire protection equipments are analyzed,and the evaluating index system and rates are founded.Based on analytical hierarchy process,the weights of each index are calculated,and the weights are used in combination with the fuzzy synthetic method to build the evaluating model,and analyze some public place's building fire protection facilities.The feasibility and validity of building fire protection system quantitative evaluation based on analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic method is proved by the example,and the objectivity of the method is discussed.
