基于CNG地下储气井检测用的自动悬浮式超声波探头设计

摘要 提出一种CNG地下储气井检测成像用的自动悬浮式超声波探头系统,该系统利用闭环反馈控制方法,能自动保持超声波探头与管壁之间为较小的恒定距离,使转动的探头与壁之间有恒定厚度的一层耦合液,解决了空气与钢管的声阻抗相差太大,超声波不能进入钢管内部的难题,并保证旋转探头不被磨损。设计一种惯性离心力开关,能自动地提供所需的耦合液。这种自动悬浮式超声波探头系统在采样频率不太高时,能较准确地保持探头与壁之间有均匀的耦合液。使CNG地下储气井超声波检测成像的基本问题得到较好的解决。 A system based on self-suspended ultrasonic probe is put forward which is used for detecting and imaging of CNG underground gas storage well.The space between ultrasonic probe and pipe wall is maintained to a small constant by closed-loop feedback control method.Ultrasonic can not penetrate through the steel tube and rotating detector damages easily owing to the great difference of acoustic impedance between air and steel tube.The trouble is solved by invariable thicknesses of fluid couplant between detector and tube wall.An inertial centrifugal forces switch is designed to supply the fluid couplant automatically.The self-suspended ultrasonic probe system can keep fluid couplant evenly distributed by rule and line as sampling frequency is not too high.The fundamental problem about detecting and imaging of CNG underground gas storage well can be solved well.
