摘要
随着光通信容量的不断扩大和光网络高功能化的迅速发展,处于C波段的稀土掺杂光纤放大器(RDFA)已不能满足发展需要。为了了解稀土掺杂光纤放大器的性能及其发展,从RDFA的基本结构出发,运用能级理论,研究掺Er3+、Pr3+、Tm3+三种典型光纤放大器。结果表明在L,S波段的稀土掺杂光纤放大器能满足大容量、宽谱带、高增益、低噪声等性能要求,同时也极大地促进了密集波分复用(DWDM)系统的发展,在未来光通信领域中将具有十分广阔的应用前景。
With the growing capacity of optical communication and rapid development of high function of optical network, the rare earth doped fiber amplifier (RDFA) with C-band can not meet the development requirement. In order to find out the properties and development of RDFA, the RDFA with L-band and S-band can meet requirements, such as high capacity, wide band, high gain, low noise and so on, and greatly contribute to the development of dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) system by introducing the construction of the RDFA, adopting the theories of energy level and working over three typical doped fiber amplifiers It has broad application prospect in the field of optical communication.
