血红素氧合酶——一氧化碳系统在肝纤维化中的双向作用

摘要 血红素氧合酶(heine oxygense,HO)与内源性一氧化碳(CO)作为HO—CO系统,具有抗炎性介质损伤、抗氧自由基、抗凋亡及抗纤维化等多种生物学效应,在机体病理生理状态下发挥重要作用,是肝胆系统主要调节器之一。其可在肝脏病变中激活并参与肝纤维化的发生发展。但在此过程中,其作用机制复杂。本文就HO—CO系统抗肝纤维化、维持肝脏微循环的保护机制,过度表达反向促肝纤维化途径,及其对肠系膜动脉和门脉系统的影响等方面予以综述。
