摘要
用TEM对低碳微钛钢中TiN沉淀相的析出行为进行研究,结果表明:铸态情况下,因Ti的偏析,TiN呈枝晶析出;热处理过程中,析出的TiN进一步长大.TiN的形状和其尺寸有关,当颗粒尺寸小于6mm时,形状为球形,随着颗粒的长大,其形状由球形转变为方形.热处理过程中,TiN沉淀相强烈地阻止奥氏体晶粒的长大.
TiN precipitation from titanium microalloyed steels is studied by TEM.TiN precipitates are tree-like in Cast sample house of the Segregation of titanium during solidifyingAt heat treatment, TiN particles are growing. When the size of TiN precipitates isless than 6um,the shape of TiN is spherical. Their shape is transformed from sphere into cube along with thegrouwth of TiN precipitates.TiN precipitates strongly resist growth of austenite grains
