摘要
在0.12mol·L-1KCl溶液中,西咪替丁在单扫示波极谱上有一灵敏的导数极谐波,峰电位Ep=1.09V(vs·SCE)·峰电流ip与西咪替丁浓度在1.0X10-6~15X10-5mol·L-1范围内成线性关系.检出限为5.0x10-7mol·L-1.并用于片剂的测定,得到满意的结果.用线性扫描和循环伏安法探讨体系的伏安吸附行为.结果表明,该体系属于具有吸附性的不可逆过程.
In 0.12nik.L-1 KCl solution,a well reduction peak of cimetidine is obtained by single-sweep oscillopolarography.The peak potential is-1.09V(vs.SCE).The peak cur-.rent is proportional to the concentration of cimetidine over the range of 1.0 10-6~1.510-5molL-1.The detection limit is5.010-7mol.L-1.The method is applied to the determinationof cimetidine in tablet with satisfactory results.The voltammetric and adsorptive behavior ofthe system is studied by means of linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry.The wave is a quasi-reversible wave with adsorptive property.
