摘要 应用松果腺细胞改良染色法(Achucarro-HortegaStaining),证实了黄鳝脑部存在松果腺复合体.光镜(HE染色)及电镜切片的研究结果表明,黄鳝松果腺复合体由终囊、松果体柄和背囊三部分组成;每部分均包含有类光感细胞、支持细胞及神经节细胞等细胞类型.类光感细胞包括外节、内节、胞体和基突4个组成部分,其形态结构与脊椎动物眼中的光感细胞极其相似.由于类光感细胞中分布有大量的分泌样颗粒,故而推测黄鳝脑部松果腺复合体具有感光与分泌的双重功能. with a special morphohistological study(Achucarro-Hortega staining),the evidence for a pineal complex in the brain of the ricefield eel(Monopterus albus Zuiew)is presented.The results of routine histological and electron microscopic studies demonstrate that the pineal complex is composed of an end-vesicle,a pineal stalk and a dorsal sac each part of the complex consists of photoreceptor-like cells,supporticve cells and ganglion cells.The photoreceptor-like cels,resembling the retinal potoreceptors of the vertebrate lateral eyes,display a distinct structural and functional compartmentalization characterized by the existence of four basic cellulaar regions,i.e.,outer segment, inner segment,cell body and basal process.Since there are secretory -like granules in the photorecep-tor -like cells,it is reasonable to iner that the pineal complex of the ricefield eel may have both a photosensory and a secretory function.The poorly developed outer segment in the photoreceptor-like cells,however,implies that conitoring of ambient light levels is an unimportant function of the pineal complex in the ricefield eel,a burrowing fish.
