关于进一步完善农村社会保障制度的几点思考

农村社会保障是我国整个社会保障体系的重要组成部分,但长期以来,农村社会保障始终处于全国社会保障体系的边缘,广大农民一直游离于社会的保障网之外。随着农村改革的深入和经济的发展,建立与完善我国农村社会保障体系的要求越来越突出,形势越来越紧迫。本文从建立完善农村社会保障制度的现实意义谈起,指出了农村社会保障中存在的突出问题,并提出了今后发展农村社会保障制度的一些思路。
