With the rapid development of the social economy,different kinds of counterfeit commodities appears,fake goods had immersed in every field of our society.Some lawbreakers tried every means to gather fortune,even at the cost of other’s life,making certain chaotic in medicine market in China.This article,based on the analysis of the definition of the counterfeit medicine,offered us the reason of counterfeit medicine abuse from the circulation link,and put forward some countermeasures.
