影响喷油嘴喷孔流量系数关键参数的研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过计算流体力学(CFD)计算的方法,详细研究了喷油嘴喷孔流量系数随喷孔K系数、入口圆角半径和喷油背压的变化的规律。结果表明:喷油嘴喷孔流量系数随喷孔K系数的增加而增大,随喷孔入口圆角半径的增加而增大,并且,喷孔直径对喷油嘴喷孔流量系数增加幅度有重要的影响。 Based on results of CFD calculation,flow coefficient of nozzle hole in different K-factor,radius of rounded inlet and back pressure is studied in detail.The calculated results indicated that flow coefficient of nozzle hole increases as K factor or radius of round-ed inlet increase,and the increased amplitude of flow coefficient is largely affected by diameter of nozzle hole.
