摘要 研究了扭矩法和扭矩-转角法两种紧固件装配方法及其轴力散差,对采用扭矩法装配喷油嘴紧帽的某国产喷油器进行了喷油嘴紧帽轴力测试,得到其轴力散差情况,根据扭矩法测试结果,设计扭矩-转角法装配工艺并进行测试,测试结果表明,采用扭矩-转角法装配喷油嘴紧帽可减少其轴力散差。 The torque method and torque-rotary angle method in bolt assembly process and the dispersion of the axial force are studied.The axial force test in nozzle cap nut which is assembled with torque method is made,and the dispersion of axial force is obtained.Based on the result obtained by torque method,torque-rotary angle method assembly technique is designed and the axial force is meas-ured.The measured results show that the dispersion of axial force is reduced by torque-rotary angle assembly technique.
