摘要
我国古代的族刑制度虽于清末废除,但其影响还在。刑法中的罪责自负原则,应在现实生活中予以贯彻。
Although clan punishment system in ancient China was abolished in late Qing dynasty,its influence remains.The principle of self-abidance included in the criminal law should be implemented in the reality.
