随着《农民专业合作社法》的颁布和实施,我国农民专业合作社发展迅速,成效显著,但也存在一些问题。政府应从政策、资金等方面给予扶持,农民专业合作社要加强自身建设,增加吸引力。

Our country＇s Farmer Cooperatives have entered a new stage of development and gained remarkable achievements with the promulgation and implementation of ＂The Law of Farmer Professional Cooperative＂.But several problems are still remained.Government must take measures to solve them from the pespects of financial support and policy,and Cooperatives themselves must reconstract their orgnizational structure and management style to pave the way for the further development.
