从2010年春季开始,信阳市开始研制开发生产"信阳红"条形红茶,但还存在一些问题。根据生产实践,对"信阳红"条形红茶的鲜叶处理及萎凋、揉捻、发酵、干燥各工序的关键技术进行了总结,以供信阳红茶加工参考。

A kind of strip shaped black tea named ＂Xinyang black tea＂ was researched and produced in Xinyang since the spring of 2010,but there are still some problems.Based on produced experiences,the key processing technologies of Xinyang black tea including the dealing of the fresh tea leaves,withering,rolling,fermentation and drying were summarized in this article,and this is for your reference.
