摘要
采用农大3号35日龄公鸡216只,随机分成6组。常温对照组和2个常温用药组在22℃环境温度中饲养;高温对照组和2个高温用药组在26℃~39℃环境中饲养。各组分别于试验第1、4、8、10天剖杀5只,取鸡的十二指肠、空肠、回肠各1 cm,HE染色,光学显微镜检测肠绒毛上皮淋巴细胞的数量。结果表明:常温环境下,方1,方2能促进十二指肠道绒毛上皮细胞生长;高温环境下,鸡肠道绒毛上皮淋巴细胞在各肠段iIEL的数量随试验的进行逐渐降低,药1、药2在试验的后期,能显著提高肠道iIEL的数量,方1的效果优于方2。
216 35-day-old Nongda NO.3 chickens were randomly divided into normal temperature control group(NTCC),,2 normal temperature treatment group(which was raised In 22℃),high temperature control group(HTCC) and 2 high temperature treatment group(which were raised in 26℃~39℃) 5 chicken from each group were Killed on 1、4、8 and 10 day respectively,spcimens of duodenum,jejunum and ileum were obtained for HE staining.The counts of IEl cell were determined by optical microscopy.Results showed that the number of IEL cells in NTCC medication1,medication2 could promote amount of iIEL in small intestine;In HTCC,amount of iIEL,in the small intestinal villus epithelium lymphocyte decreased gradually.Medication1,medication2 could promote amount of iIEL in small intestine,the effect of medication1 was better than medication2.
