摘要
目的探讨血清可溶性CD105(S-CD105)判断乳腺癌预后的意义。方法选择乳腺癌远处转移患者10例,乳腺癌局部复发患者10例和未转移患者10例,通过ELISA方法检测血清S-CD105,对所得结果进行比较分析。结果乳腺癌转移组患者的S-CD105水平高于未转移,远处转移组的S-CD105和CA15-3水平高于局部复发患者。结论血清S-CD105水平用于判断乳腺癌的预后有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the prognostic significance of serum S-CD105 detection in patients with breast carcinoma. Methods Choose breast cancer patients with surgery, 10 cases of distant metastasis, 10 cases of local recurrence and10 cases of not shift, detected serum S-CD105 by ELISA, compared and analyzed the results. Results S-CD105 of transfer group in breast cancer patients is higher than patients in no transfer group, S-CD105 of distant metastasis is higher than patients with local recurrence. Conclusion Serum S-CD105 level predicts the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
