麝香保心丸辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

目的观察和探讨麝香保心丸辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法选取冠心病患者108例,将其随机分为两组,即对照组和实验组,对照组采用消心痛(1日口服3次,每次5～10mg,4周为1疗程)治疗,实验组采用麝香保心丸(1日口服3次,每次2粒,4周为一疗程)治疗。结果对照组和实验组的临床疗效与心电图疗效的整体有效率分别为:对照组为72.2%和68.5%,实验组为87.0%和83.3%;对照组和实验组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),且实验组在治疗前后的血液流变学与血脂变化有显著差异(P<0.05),而实验组并没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论与消心痛相比,在对冠心病心绞痛的症状疗效、心电图疗效方面,麝香保心丸具有非常明显的优势,并能改善血脂与全血粘度。

Objective To observe and investigate the adjuvant treatment of shexiang baoxin pills medical effects of angina pectoris. Methods 108 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,namely control group and experimental group and control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate （1 day orally 3 times per 5～10mg,4 weeks for 1 treatment） treatment, experimental group, shexiang baoxin pills （1, orally 3 times, each time 2, a course of 4 weeks） treatment. Results In control group and experimental group of clinical efficacy and ECG overall effective were： treatment group was 87.0% and 83.3% in the control group was 72.2% and 68.5%; control group and experimental group were significantly different （P0.05 ）,and the experimental group before and after treatment Hemorheology and blood lipid changes were significantly different （P0.05）,while the experimental group was not significantly different （P0.05）. Conclusion Compared with isosorbide dinitrate in the efficacy of the symptoms of angina pectoris and ECG,the shexiang baoxin pills has obvious advantages, and can improve blood lipids and whole blood viscosity.
