合贝爽治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效观察

目的探讨持续静点合贝爽对不稳性心绞痛(UA)患者的疗效及使用安全性。方法选择30例经硝酸甘油治疗效果不佳的不稳定性心痛患者,给予持续静点合贝爽30mg,初始剂量1μg/(kg·min),若症状缓解不明显,速度则增至3μg/(kg·min),直至最大速度5μg/(kg·min)。症状缓解后按有效剂量维持48h后改用合心爽片剂30mg、每日口服3次。用药过程中观察心绞痛次数及持续时间、心电图及血压变化情况。结果 (1)心绞痛缓解总有效率为93.3%;(2)心电图改善总有效率70%;(3)血压、心率值用药后明显下降。结论合贝爽能减轻心肌缺血,对治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效确切、安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Hebeishuang injection to treat unstable angina （UA） patients by continuous intravenous injection. Methods 30 UA patients who did not get well with the glyceryl trinitrate therapy accepted the continuous intravenous injection of HebeiShuang injection with a dosage of 30mg. The initial dosage was 1μg/（kg·min）, if the effect was not obvious, the dosage would be increased to 3μg/（kg·min）～5μg/（kg·min）. When the symptom was relieved, the effective dosage was maintained to 48h, then 30mg of Hexinshuang tablets was given three times a day. The angina symptom, ECG and the blood pressure changes were observed during the process. Results （1）The total effective rate of angina relief was 93.3%.（2）The total effective rate of ECG improvement was70%.（3）The Bp and HR were decreased after treatment. Conclusion The Hebeishuang injection might reduce the ischemia of myocardium and treat UA effective and safe.
