中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎40例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,对照组40例采用纯西医治疗,实验组40例采用中西医结合治疗;两组连续用药6个月,观察治疗前后疗效。结果总有效率实验组为87.5%,对照组为75.0%;实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组Schober试验、ESR、CRP降低情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组发生不良反应较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎有良好的临床疗效,且能减少不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the cooperation of chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Eighty patients with ankylosing spondylitis were divided into two groups stochastically.The experimental group of 40 patients was treated with cooperation of chinese and Western medicine, the control group of 40 patients was treated with the pure western medicine. The two groups apply drugs continuously for 6 months, then the curative effect before and after the therapy were observed. Results The total effective rates were 87.5%,75.0%,respectively; there was signifi／cant difference of each detecting index（Schober test,ESR,CRP） between pre and post treatment in the experimental group （P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of TCM and WM has good cure effect on ankylosing spondylitis,and has the function for reducing adverse drug reactions.
