摘要
孙村煤矿在总结以往安全管理经验的基础上,创新工资管理模式,在井下生产单位推行双工资制——绩效工资和安全工资。介绍了安全工资体系的构建方法、考核兑现方式、实施的关键问题及效果。
Based on the summary of previous experience on safety management,Suncun coal mine made innovations on salary management mode,and adopts dual-salary system which includes performance salary and safety salary.The paper introduces the construction method of safety salary system,the means of rewarding and evaluation,and the key issue and effect of implementation.
